Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us first — do NOT send items to any address without return instructions from us.
Note: Many of our products are supplied via third-party suppliers and warehouses. Suppliers (including Zendrop’s suppliers) typically do not accept direct physical returns. For that reason, we handle returns and provide return instructions on a case-by-case basis. If a return is required, we will provide a return address and instructions.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label where appropriate, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For damaged, incorrect, or missing items we require photo or video evidence (clear photos of product and packaging) within 30 days of delivery to process a refund or replacement.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Items that have been worn or show signs of use. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of rings that have been worn or are no longer in their original, unopened condition.

  • Items damaged by misuse, water, unauthorized disassembly/repair, or cosmetic damage caused after delivery. Such damage is not covered by returns.

  • We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards, unless required by local law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have; once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason (consumer right of withdrawal). As above, items must be returned in the same condition and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us to start a return.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at cadencestoremedia@gmail.com.


Additional note

For certain problems related to shipping delays, lost packages, or supplier errors, we may seek reimbursement from our supplier (e.g., Zendrop) after issuing a refund to you. In those situations we will ask you to provide evidence (photos/videos/tracking) to support the claim.
